• CP DB is an Internet application that contains all of the pertinent data on a specific location. Once the data is entered into the system it is made available through a web browser and password protected for all of your users.

• This means that the centralized data is always current and can be updated easily by you or your staff from any location.

• There are two Tiers within CP DB. The Tier II application gives you complete control of all administrative activities. This allows you to add, update, view and delete the information on locations, operators, consultants, location assignments and many other factors. The Tier II system gives you all the control you need to run an effective data warehouse and a rectifier surveillance program. The Tier II system is designed for companies that have more than 100 sites.

• The CP DB Tier I application is intended for users that do not need constant updates or changes. Entering the new data into a form makes the changes to your CP DB database. The Tier I application gives you the same performance with no administrative hassles.

• The core of CP DB is the Rectifier Data Management tool or RDM, once logged in, the operator is taken to the Operator's Page where all of the links to their specific functions are simply laid out.

• A web form is used to input rectifier data. This form has all of the location details and recommended target outputs. The operator only sees his or her assigned locations. The data is stored into the CP DB, your data can be cut to a CD or disk in a MS Access format if requested.

• The rectifier surveillance application is monitored on a monthly bases and if data for a specific location is not received for that month an e-mail to the Operator is generated asking for the data to be entered. If after two months no data has been received the Operator and the Field Supervisor are both e-mailed asking for the data to be entered.

• The Operator can access PDF printable data sheets that have all of the operators assigned locations and recommended target outputs. This is to be taken into the field to help with data collection.

• There is a web form that allows the operator to change their personal information, password, e-mail address, cell phone number, etc.

• The operator has password access to a View-Only of their assigned locations. This gives them all of the details on the rectifier type, serial number, target outputs, groundbed details, DC fuse type and other information for that site.

• The operator can easily contact by phone or e-mail the cathodic protection consultant that works with that specific facility. Details of the location are attached in the e-mail to help the consultant perform the work efficiently.

• The online HELP has a FAQ section, a one page sheet on "How To Adjust a Rectifier", as well as a complete online course on cathodic protection rectifiers and how to adjust them.

• PDA CP is a Palm Pilot (Palm OS) or Pocket PC solution for easy rectifier data collection, this eliminates re-keying of data and saves time.

• The rectifier data is easily uploaded to Click CP's Internet site using a normal web browser.
